Abstract

The article is devoted to the description of methods of evaluation of commercial real estate. Income approach to the valuation of real estate, a set of methods for assessing the value of real estate, based on the determination of the expected income from the commercial use of the assessed property. The main advantage, which has a profitable approach of real estate valuation compared to the market and cost is that it reflects the investor's view of real estate as a source of income, i.e. this quality of real estate is taken into account as the main pricing factor.
