Abstract
This article discusses the scientific and theoretical aspects of evaluating the effectiveness of the credit and deposit practice of existing commercial banks in the country. In addition, topical issues related to the improvement of the credit and deposit practices of individuals and legal entities of commercial banks have been identified, and scientific proposals have been developed to address them. The author's approaches and recommendations for the development of econometric analysis based on banking data are presented.
