Abstract
This article provides the analytical data for the coordination of basic tariff rates of housing insurance by insurance companies, in particular, a small number of takoful companies operating in Uzbekistan, using its square footage in the assessment of housing. Taking into account that the maximum amount of liability that an insurance company takes in property insurance is the market price, the results of this research will allow insurance (takoful) organizations to determine the maximum limits of their obligations
