Abstract
The article describes the approaches aimed at improving the efficiency and development of the system of road transport enterprises. Production of certain types of products of large industrial enterprises have been identified. The role of human capital in the development of modern road transport enterprises is revealed and analyzed the indicators of industrial production of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
