Abstract

The article presents the results of the cost share analysis of the final price formation in the value chain of walnut production and sale in mountain and sub-mountain regions. According to the research results, the net value received by the farmers shows a significant increase when the nut kernels are sold through improved in-channel processors as opposed to traditional intermediaries.
