Abstract
The article examines the directions of participation of insurance companies in the stock market. In particular, the emission activity of insurance companies was thoroughly analyzed and the problems in this regard were discussed. It was determined that only shares were issued. Attention is paid to the analysis of shares of insurance companies listed on the Tashkent stock exchange. Based on the conducted research and analysis, scientific proposals and practical recommendations aimed at increasing the activity of insurance companies in the stock market have been put forward
