Abstract

The article examines the impact of climate change on sustainable economic development on the example of Central Asia. In 1990-2021, the impact of demographic, environmental and socio-economic factors on GDP growth per capita in the countries of Central Asia was assessed using the methods of panel analysis. Increasing renewable energy consumption has been shown to reduce per capita CO2 emissions. The influence of an increase in life expectancy at birth, a decrease in the number of births per woman during the fertility on the value of GDP per capita, taking into account climate change, has been studied
