Abstract
This article studies the main directions of curbing inflation rate, analyzes possible risks of price increases by in-depth analysis of the current situation in providing the population of the republic with basic types of food products and maintaining price stability in the domestic market in the condition of negative trends and uncertainties in the world market, and gives recommendations for their leveling
