How to Cite
Abstract
This article examines the impact of dividends paid as part of the dividend policy of joint-stock companies on the share price and on the market value of the company, as well as the issues of determining the relationship between the indicators using methods of econometric analysis. Also based on the results of the analysis, directions for predicting dividends and share price changes in an effective dividend policy were formed.
