Abstract
The site highlights the importance and effectiveness of PR-piyars of activity in the practice of banking services. Special attention has been removed to the characteristics of the performance indicators of commercial banks in Uzbekistan, the experience of Sberbank of the Russian Federation in using the principles of Publik Relations has been studied. Recommendations are given on the application of the experience of Sberbank in the system of the National Bank of Uzbekistan.
