Abstract
This comprehensive analysis examines the scientific principles and perspectives related to strengthening tax administration as a strategic approach to reducing the informal economy in Uzbekistan. Recognizes the multifaceted nature of informal economic activity and assesses the potential impact of strengthening tax administration on formalization efforts. It was also determined that success in reducing the informal economy in Uzbekistan depends on an integrated strategy, taking into account the opportunities and problems identified in the analysis.
