Abstract
Employment is a direct source of the population's well-being, as well as a means of increasing its income level. Emphasis is placed on a number of mechanisms through which health can affect income, including labor productivity, children's education, savings and investments, and demographic structure. The main source of increasing the income of the population is the development of qualified education. Today, the selection of qualified specialists is considered one of the most urgent issues in our country. In order to achieve this, it was emphasized that it is necessary to expand investments in human capital. At the same time, one of the factors affecting the income of the population is the employment of the working population.
