Abstract

This research paper examines the theoretical legal issues related to the financing of educational loans. Student loans have become an integral part of higher education, but they are fraught with complex legal and ethical issues. This article explores the theoretical frameworks underpinning these issues, highlighting legal theories, economic principles, and their interplay in shaping education loan financing. The study aims to shed light on the complexities of education loan financing and provide insights to inform policy development and legal reform.
