Abstrak
Within the framework of this study, the authors analyzed the state of the Russian e-commerce market. The article also explores the methodological aspects of the logistics service of express delivery companies. Conducting a detailed analysis, as well as identifying weaknesses in the provision of logistics services, made it possible to develop a list of recommendations for improving logistics services as a key factor in customer service
