Аннотация

Данное исследование представляет собой значительное дополнение к существующему корпусу знаний в области высшего образования в Центральной Азии. Достижение этого осуществляется через сравнительный анализ практик управления человеческими ресурсами, применяемых в нескольких университетах Узбекистана. Выводы из этого исследования предоставляют ценную информацию и всеобъемлющий обзор предложенной области исследования, тем самым усиливая его академическую значимость.
