Abstract
This article discusses the problem of tolerance in the modern political process and the prospects for the development of any state. Tolerance is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that includes various aspects of social life. Tolerance - the absence of barriers, the acceptance of diversity, which contributes to the development of such a social group, contributes to the establishment of creative relations between representatives of different professions, provides new opportunities for all citizens and subjects, creates conditions for the emergence of new innovative ideas, including ethnic, interethnic, intercultural, religious, political, social, interfaith solidarity. The scientific substantiation of the connection between modernization and the value system with tolerance has become one of the main problems of modern humanities
