Abstract
The relevance of the study lies in the need for constant revision of the labor intensity of production standards. Regulations regulated by normative labor indicators cannot remain the same throughout the entire path of economic development, therefore, under the influence of external and internal factors, they can be updated.
Labor standards cannot remain unchanged for a long period of time and are subject to periodic updating.
The purpose of the study is to develop measures for planning the labor intensity of the production program using the example of the hotel and restaurant complex «Polyarnaya Zvezda» LLC «Crystal».
In accordance with the set goal, it is necessary to perform the following tasks:
- consider the theoretical aspects of planning the production program of the enterprise;
- analyze the dynamics and structure of the implementation of the plan for production and sales of products at the object of study;
- develop ways to improve the planning of the labor intensity of the production program.
The object of the study is Kristall LLC. The subject is the planning of the labor intensity of the production program in the hotel and restaurant complex «Polyarnaya Zvezda» LLC «Crystal».
