Abstract

The consequences of hidden famine we usually thought - military, humanistic, natural disasters or extreme weather conditions. In this regard, according to FAO experts, today every third of the world's population will suffer from one or more types of malnutrition or it is called «hidden starvation», and so they get sick because of it. This is a deficiency of vitamin elements, more precisely invisible minerals, this is hidden starvation, because there are all kinds of products on the table, but they do not matter biologically. That is, they are mainly, for example, bread products, but you need to consume vitamins and minerals like fruits, vegetables, animals and from a variety of plant sources of the product. In addition, nuts, legumes, that is, to eat foods rich in trace elements. We know that in the Union in six countries of the former region there was a problem of a very low level of nutrition.
