Abstract
For any company and organization, such a phenomenon as corporate culture is very important. Its
presence, or rather, a well-developed corporate culture increases the effectiveness of management of an
organization, contributes to the intensity of the implementation of its goals, improves its public perception. This
article analyzes the etymology, the essence of corporate culture and the need to develop corporate culture in jointstock companies
