Abstract
In the conditions of the digital economy, the training and retraining of high-quality and competitive specialists in the field of information technologies plays a significant role in the development of the national labor market. An analysis of the current state of the republic in this direction makes it possible to adopt timely and implement effective strategies and programs. The article outlines the regional features of the development of the educational system in the field of digital technologies and analyzes the emerging human potential in this sphere
