Author Guidelines
Generalities
Articles that correspond to the subject of the journal and these requirements are accepted for publication. The submitted materials must be relevant, have scientific and practical significance and novelty.
Articles submitted to the editorial Board are reviewed and, if a positive conclusion is reached, edited. The editorial Board does not agree with the authors on changes and abbreviations of the manuscript that do not affect fundamental issues.
The article sent to the author for revision must be returned in corrected form as soon as possible with the author's responses to the reviewer's comments, as well as explanations of all changes made by the author.
Articles of postgraduates and applicants can be accepted for publication without co-authorship with a doctor or candidate of science. Articles written by students and undergraduates are not accepted for publication.
The total number of authors of the article is no more than three (for international teams – no more than five).
Privacy Statement
In order to protect the rights and freedoms of authors when processing their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets, the editorial Board notifies the author that:
- if the article is accepted for publication, the journal automatically publishes the following personal data specified by the author when creating the work in accordance with the requirements of the journal:
- last name, first name and patronymic;
- position, organization that the author represents, address of this organization;
– academic degree and academic title;
– email;
– work phone number;
In addition, the editorial Board also requests the author's contact (mobile) phone number, which is not subject to publication, to organize the work.
The author makes a decision on providing his personal data independently.
