Abstrak

Ushbu tadqiqotning natijalari akademiya doirasidan kengroq chiqib, siyosatchilar, biznes va ishchilar uchun qimmatli tushunchalarni taqdim etadi. Ijtimoiy ta’minotni moliyalashtirish va bandlik natijalari o‘rtasidagi murakkab munosabatlarga oydinlik kiritib, ushbu tadqiqot orqali yanada samaraliroq siyosatni ishlab chiqish, biznes qarorlarini qabul qilish va mehnat bozorini rejalashtirish haqida ma’lumot berishga qaratilgan. Jamiyatlar iqtisodiy o‘sish va ijtimoiy farovonlik o‘rtasidagi muvozanat bilan kurashishda davom etar ekan, ish beruvchining ijtimoiy sug‘urta badallarining bandlikka ta’sirini chuqurroq tushunish barqaror va adolatli mehnat bozorlarini shakllantirish uchun juda muhimdir.
